Hi guys...

This is a very strange problem & I need your comments because I want to make sure if it is a unique problem or I should go to the Sony Repair Center.

Problem: When I try to change Group name in whatsapp screen color changes & multiple colors get mixed & it looks like mess...it is just for the half screen when i am typing the name but keyboard colors are fine. So dont know whether it is hardware problem or software problem.

Please try it on your handset & let me know plz plz plz

I own Xperia Tipo (Single sim)

Note: first time this problem happened, I restarted the handset & it got resolved but I dont want restart the handset again & again

I would think its an app issue not a phone issue

But then how come just on my handset & even after reinstalling the OS. Its the same app distributed all over the world right? Then everyone should face this issue...just guessing

have you try the basic, uninstall the app > reinstall it

indeed is the same app but it has variants

Check if you are group admin. Else request to Admin of that group.

I am not an admin of the group but still I can change the name of the group successfully. Today I did not face the issue, sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't.

I think resinstalling the app fixed the issue, still checking everyday...

Hi guys...need help...even after reinstalling the app issue persists. Please guys try in your app, try changing the any group name in whatsapp & tell me is any display problem occurs during that time?

When i try it at the changing group name screen, all colors get mixed up & looks messed.
