Phone stopped detecting headphones

Hey lads I just baught this phone and the headphone Jack is not detecting with a few days

I've done everything from factory data reset software update installing and un installing smart connect, soundabout and running updates. Nothing is working. I've spent hours wasted on this. Can someone please help me. Sony are useless
