Restore issue

I would be so much grateful to the forum if any one can help me to fix my restoration problem which I am unable to solve since last 14 days after formatting my phone for low volume.

After restoring the previous datas through PC companion, still I cannot get my previous datas back.

Plz suggest me the needful.

Well, what happens when you try to restore the data? Have you made a backup?

I have done the back up but it still not working.

how did you backup - there are several ways to do it

I backed up according to the instructions given in the pc companion with the help of sony cce.

Then he asked me to reinstall the pc companion software but it didnt worked at all.

Please suggest the nedful.
