Unable to backup sms using PC companion for J10i2?
I have installed PC companion for my sony ericsson j10i2 elm but it is not showing my sms backup. The same problem is happening with My Phone Explorer. Unable to sync. Plz help
So, if I understand you correctly, you can open up the backup and restore option in PC Companion but you can't find your backup? Or did you use the SMS-function in PC Companion to transfer these messages?
