I tried to use an application Bernacle wifi tether from android market but it requires root access.
how i can get root access to my x10 mini pro??

If you want information on rooting your phone then I would point you in the direction of XDA developers website. The rooting of your phone will invalidate your warranty and therefore not something that the moderators here can offer advice on.
