Side button camera missing!

Hello to everybody,

Last day i took my xperia Z5 from my pocket and tried to take a picture, and i realized that the camera side button was missing!

How this would it possible, if the mobile never fell down ?

i would immagine the button could break and stuck inside the mobile, but in my case, it just disappeared ! how possible it took out from the mobile ?

is there any guarantee for this ?

I can't imagine how this has happened but the best thing to do is contact your local support team to arrange a repair.

thank you for your prompt reply;

I already arranged for a repair, i'm waiting for a box to send the mobile to the center.

i almost never take pictures, and even less i use the side button to open the camera or shoot .. and how this button could have jumped away instead of breaking inside the mobile, it's a mistery!

i was just wandering how this could ever happened, and guessing if any user had the same issue..
