I recently installed the latest software update and since then the loudspeaker function during the call (messenger, viber, whatsapp) doesn't seem to work. I don't hear the lower speaker at all. In fact full volume on the normal speaker is louder than when on the loudspeaker mode.
I checked if it was a loudspeaker hardware issue but the music app plays from both the speakers significantly and quite loud.
Is this a known bug?
Any fixes suggested?
