hi there ,

while trying to open or close apps ,sometimes I hear a small tik/click sound , even with all the sounds in mute.. Is there a problem with my mobile??

please reply , I'm very confused and worried

is there a problem ?? if yes , is it with hardware or softeare please reply..

What appplication did you open when you heard the sound?

If it's the camera app you are referring to, then the tick sound is normal.

not camera , but for all other application like games , while starting or after the application is closed..
is thar normal?

Well that is odd.

Are you running on the latest Xperia Go OS? If not, have it updated using PC Comapanion.

If you have already installed the latest software for Xperia Go, and still experience the same issue, then,

have your phone checked by an authorized Sony representative. They know better.

Place the speaker nearer to your ear and observe if the sound comes from the speaker or not.

If this sound is something like this > tick sound followed by very soft buzzing sound, then it's normal.

but the sound comes when the speaker is in mute also , a very small tick/click after or while closing or opening an app. and can you please explain the sound which u mean soft buzzing sound.??
i can hear it even in silent mode
