I have a new Vivaz pro mobile and i am still exploring it .
Just connected it to PC companion on my laptop for the first time , everything was fine and i synchronized it with the contacts of Outlook .
and perform a quick contact backup and that's all .
i switched it off / on after that. to discover it is just bringing this white screen with " Sony Ericsson" at the begining for more than 10 minutes ! without completing the starting phase .
i am really dis-appointed ... Any help !
Worth to mention that when last time it was connected to PC Compnanion(downloaded from SE site) , i tried software update and it told me , the version i have is most updated .
Almost now , i lost control on the mobile
even if i connect it to the laptop , it doens't detect it as it is not fully booted up .

Can anybody tell me how to install the software again of Vivaz pro if it is crashed ?!

I'm sorry to hear of the problems you're having.
If you are still experiencing these issues, I would suggest running the Update Service through the handset. Just download the application to your PC from here and follow the onscreen instructions: http://bit.ly/9mmkbW.
