I am trying to update my phone software but I am using a Mac running 10.5.8. Is there any way I can do this? My phone is a TM506 that I have had for a little over a year. This is the second replacement phone I have tried to use and the same problems arise, the phone cuts off sporadically and will not charge properly. I am hoping the software update will help.. but how??
