I have a Z3 Compact and like my device. However, recently I had a screen problem and handed my device to your authorized technical service for support. The service (Arvato-Teleservice İstanbul Turkey) is unsuccessful and now it has already past 20 days. The service is not reachable by phone and I have to write an e-mail for everything and they are not responding.
Later, I have e-mailed and called Sony Tukey about the incident. However, they offer no help and tell me they can not reach your subcontractor neither ( are you kidding me???). I sent an e-mail to Sony Global but it was directed to Sony Turkey and I can not complain about Sony Turkey by e-mail. Please somehow check what they are doing in your name in Turkey. I will never advice anyof my friends to buy a Sony prodcut in Turkey.
I will take legal action for my loss but I wanted to let Sony know about the matter. ( If anyone cares at all!)
