Hi All,

I need all your help. I presented my sister with a Sony Xperia E. Now ther is a problem with the phone.

When we make a call from the phone. the lights go off... This happens the moment we make a call. the phone is in the hand and it does not go near the ear. and now unable to end the call too... we should wait the other person to end the call.

When we receive a call, the proximity sensor works well and the lights go off when we bring it near the ear and the lights gte on when the phone is brought away from the ear. BUT THIS IS NOT HAPPENING, WHEN WE MAKE A CALL.

I really need ur help guys.

The phone is new and no new softwares installed.

To rule out some of the common causes of this, can you please advise if there is a case or screen protector attached?

Yes...There is a screen Protector attached. this screen protector was pasted on the screen, when I unpacked the box.

Ther is no case attached.

when I receive a call, after i attend the call, The screen gets lighted to end the call...the problem is while I make the call.

Try taking the screen protector off, it already has a shatter proof sheet as well. You will likely find this resolves the issue, if not please let us know.

Im also having this problem for few weeks..... When im speaking to someone the call suddenly ends.i cannot speak for more than 1 min with mobile but using earphone I can speak for more than 3 min and its automatically.....plz give some solution

i all redy on waiting option. but my frend on a call. that time i got a call. just ringing but i cat see my frend waitin call... my mobile not disply that call... pls help me ..
