sony xperia sp camera issue after updating to 4.3

after updating to android 4.3 verion on my xperia sp my camera works and it takes phtographs with worse quality looking like 1 or 2 pixel camera.what to do to solve this issue regarding camera.pl,s reply me

hdr on-off(recommanded)

iso:400

wb:auto

EV:  0 or a little +

Clean the lens! Like clear out any obstruction on the lens(dirt,smudge)
