Touch problem

Hi there,
Got this same problem here. Its very hard to type messages especially the first letters. Example as below
Qwweerrt t t yy iioop.
Touch not work working ok properly

Run Xperia Diagnostics, test the screen and display

Boot to safe mode, does the problem still occur?

if yes, then it might be a hardware problem, try to remove any screen protectors that you might have installed, and or visit your local service center to have the display checked

if no, then it is most likely a software problem , try to perform software repair using Xperia Companion
