Can anyone help please? I cannot get my phone to recognise my Yahoo account in order to set it up. It works fineon my laptop and on my iPod touch, but when I try to set up my account on my phone it says username/ password are not recognised. It has set up my aol and gmail accounts no problem, and these are working fine. I am at a bit of a loss as to what to do to set it up now. Any suggestions? Can it be configured manually?
This occured to me too,I have contacted yahoo and they told me there are no problems with their servers.I have cleared data for my browser (even though I use apps to login,both email stock and yahoo mail) and now it works.
Settings-apps-all,look for the browser and tap on clear data (you must be using chrome or firefox or dolphin etc).Or if you know how to get to chrome's settings,clear cached data,cookies but keep your history and autofill form.
