user support error

i have xperia x10 mini pro and it is working well on android 1.6

i have a error messgae when i try to open the user support icon

it open for just 3 second and then show me a message " process com.sonyericsson.android.support : has stopped unexpectedly please try agin later nad button of forced close

what is the error ?

I have the same Issue and reloading the Android 1.6 on the phone did not fixed the problem. error message still appears afert a few seconds everytime I try yo use the user support application.

Please advice how can this be fixed??
