using scn and data limits

Can anyone help me? Firstly on the camera in manual mode I can't choose scn. Why is this? I have been through all the settings.
Also, I have got the data limiter turned off and the warning set to over 10gb but every 500mb or so the data is turned off and I get an icon in the notification bar which I can't remove. It looks like a speedometer if that helps?

The scene can be changed at resolutions below and equal to 8 MP,same for HDR.

We cannot tap on the scn even on Z1,probably it just tells you that you are on a scene which you can edit with the functions given.About the data limit,it could be a simple notifier every 500MB.Contact xperia care for more info:
