my Xperia Z1 cannot be charge for the first time when i buy the phone after that i make a decision to bring it to the sony mobile service center indonesia in itc roxy mas after that i bring my Xperia Z1 to the sony service center at 10 december 2013 after that sony call me at 21 december 2013 because my phone is done after that call i go to sony service center and take my phone after i check it ini my home the phone still can't be charged and even worse than that is my phone is not waterproof again although i closed the port tightly and i make second decision to bring my Xperia Z1 again to sony service center again at 22 december 2013 after 2 weeks i go to sony service center again at 4 january 2014 aned they say to me to wait again until 1 month and i really cannot wait that long because the Xperia Z1 is my only phone now
i hope if i post here sony global people will know this and make sony mobile indonesia service center has a better service to their customer
