What should I do to restore the device to its defaults?

Hi everybody.

My Xperia J is going slow and slow and I want to restore it to defaults to see if the device returns to the initial conditions.

The problem is that in PC Companion it says that the phone does not admit this feature and can't make a backup.

Is it possible to make a backup and restoration of the device? And how could I make this?

I need to restore the device mainly. If I could backup the data for me will be good but it's not necessary. :smileysmileywink:
