Xperia E3 - Transfert to SD card

Hello Everyone,

When try to transfer data to my SD card it's not working. The SD card is empty. The phone is quite full. 

It appear that it propose to transfer 0 ko of pictures, and the same for video and app. 

I don't know how to sort it out. Please Help !

Try to use the file commander to move the files

Thanks, I ve tried already, but still. 

The majority of the picture are not present in any file in the file commander...

Connect your phone to a computer > access the internal storage > DCIM > 100Andro > what do you see?
