Xperia Z full screen BUG

Using facebook messenger app, the my xperia z went in fullscreen mode like when watching a video and I can't get out so my phone is useless. How I can resolve this without factory reset?

So this happens every time you open up facebook messenger? Can't say I've noticed this myself actually. If this happens every time, try uninstalling the app and install it again.

I've unistalled the app but the problem is not solved (the phone goes randomly in full screen mode also using other applications and in the homescreen).

Sounds wierd. Have you installed any custom firmware or rooted the device?

no, my device isn't rooted and run stock rom

Have you installed any home screen apps, launchers or similar? Might be some app interfering.

You could try to repair the phone software as well. Use PC Companion or Bridge for Mac:

I resolved the problem doing factory reset. However I had nova launcher.

Sounds like it might be Nova that interferes then. If you install the launcher again and start experiencing the same issues, you know what to do
