xperia z3 not getting calls when not in use.

I have a brand new xperia z3 and I've noticed now that I only get phone calls if I'm actually using the phone. If the phone has been locked for a while it doesn't register the call coming through and I also receive no missed call notification. Can you advise on how to fix this as I have missed several important calls and only found out when the person who called told me about it. Thanks

Do you have stamina mode enabled? Do you use a 3rd party call app?

Disable any type or lock screen except swipe.
Disable any stamina mode.
Check if the phone is in airplane mode
Did you download any suspicious app which could be used as a call app?
Check the settings of calls i think there is a setting which could resirect the phone call but im not sure.

After you checked everything restart phone and ask someone to call you. If nothing works use pc companion and do a software repair.

I had this issue too.  I read on anouther forum to check that you have not disabled any notifications.  Setteings>personalization>manage notification.  swipr to all.  anything that is phone realted should stay enabled.  I just enabled all notifications and will choose to disable them if they get too anoying.  Hope this helps.

I am also facing same issue. I don't use any stamina mode or 3rd party app for calls.
