Z5 Compact - Camera issues

I've had the phone for a little over a month and I've got 2 major issues with the camera

1. The camera can't (or won't) write to the SD card in the phone - it did before, but now it won't. I've tried clearing the cache, unmounting & reinserting the SD card - but no joy.
   
   
2. Video - basically the phone overheats massively after even a few seconds of videoing something, it then hangs and won't let me quit out of the camera screen

Quite significant glitches (not to mention that Ultra Stamina Mode completely borks the phone)

Any ideas how I can rectify either of these issues?

It seems that you might have multiple apps running in the background which will heat up the phone and recording on 4K its quite demanding, I recomend that you repair the phone with PCC and report back, do NOT install any antivirus, taskillers, clean masters, battery apps
