I see, @Alias441.

In that case it might be a good idea to try to to repair the software on the phone using a computer and Xperia Companion. Keep in mind that a software repair will erase all user data from the phone, so it is advised to do a backup of your user data before proceeding with the repair.

If the software repair do not manage to improve the battery performance, I suggest that you get in contact with your local support team. They can help you to have your phone sent to an authorized service center to be physically examined. If you have any questions regarding the service, such as routines, warranty and consumer laws, these type of questions are best answered by your local support team as well, as they vary between markets.

I hope that helped!

Hi @Alias441, Sorry to hear about this.

Have you been able to check the battery statistics in order to see if an app or function is consuming abnormal amounts of battery? Try using the phone as usual from the time that it is fully charged until there is about 10-15% left, then go to Settings > Battery > Advanced. Which app/function is at the top of this list and how much percentage is shown?

Another thing that you can try is to reboot your phone in safe mode to see if the battery drains as fast there. All apps downloaded from Play Store is temporarily deactivated while in safe mode and by doing this, you can see if this behaviour is caused by a downloaded app. For more information on safe mode and how to use it, click here.

Try this and let me know how it goes!

The screen eats a lot of the battery

Thank you @Alias441 for your quick reply!

Have you tried lowering ths brightness of the screen in order to see if the battery performance improves? Also, if you have adaptive brightnes enabled (Settings > Display > Adaptive brightness), try disabling it to see if the battery performance improves.

Let me know if that works! Slightly_smiling_Face

Hi @Alias441 ;

Just under curiosity what value do you get in the battery test of the Service Menu (dial *#*#7378423#*#*)?

That sounds strange, @Alias441

Could you please elaborate your answer a bit? Are you not able to lower the brightnes/disable Adaptive brightness or does the battery performance not improve?

Battery dosen t improve at all, still discharging 1% per 5 minute or 3minute
