Camera error

카메라어플 실행시 '알수 없는 오류' 메세지가 나오고

엑스페리아 컴페니언에서 복구 실행시 복구 오류가 납니다 카메라어플 빼곤 모든게 정상작동 합니다

When I run the camera app, I get an 'Unknown error' message

I am getting a recovery error when running recovery from XPERIA COMPILER. Everything works fine except camera application.

Try this :

I have managed to fix this problem. Goto settings > apps & notifications

Then see all apps

Then top right 3dots show system

Scroll through and find camera clear storage

Do the same with camera Common and  camera extension

Now restart the phone! 

This should solve this issue!

Hi, I brought the same phone today with the same problem, go into settings, go to camera, go to clear data and catch, clear the catch, then clear the data, it will ask if sure, say yes, exit and close, open camara, done, hope this helps all with the same problem, 👍
