Can't adjust volume when calling video on XZ2

When I use video call in some apps such as Messenger or Google Duo, the sound is a bit loud but I can't change the call volume. I tried to press the volume down key then it showed two volume bars: one is In-call volume which can be adjusted but not effect to video call, and another is Media volume but it was greyed out and I couldn't change it. I also restarted my phone but nothing changed

How can I get rid of this problem?

can you check if the apps you are using have proper permissions enabled?

or check if the apps have their own volume control..
