Cracked frame on Xperia XZs

 Hi. Today I realized that the frame of my Xperia is seriously damage. The frame is in polycarbonate, but it isn't resistant. The phone has never suffered strong shock. So I search on internet and a lot of people suffers from this problem. are there any others who have had this problem?

I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but keep in mind that this is a user based forum, you have to get in contact with your Local support to get it inspected and repaired.

I understand, but physical damage will be different on each case.

I got a crack nect to the button and I don't even know it. I have the original flip case and use it all the time

I'm sorry but it does look like your device got some kind of strong external force?
