J'ai un Sony XZ1 depuis peu et je rencontre un problème apparemment connu. En effet, ma prise jack pour les écouteurs ne reconnaît pas mes écouteurs qui sont d'une autre marque que Sony. J'ai téléchargé une application payante qui était conseillée sur la plupart des forums : Soundabout, mais elle ne fonctionne pas.
Je voudrais savoir si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider à résoudre ce problème d'écouteurs svp ?
