Here are two problems I found in my Xperia XZ Premium Dual SIM (Android 8.0.0) with Multiple User Accounts.
Any help will be appreciated.
1. In a Regular User account, the setting of "Mobile date" is greyed out, so it can't be turned on or off.
According to the Xperia online chat support staffs, this setting belongs to "Settings that can be changed by any user and affect all users", but I can't fix this problem with their help, even "Software Repair" doesn't work. Then I asked some guys who have the same phone, none of them can control this setting in a Regular User account.
Can anybody control this setting in a Regular User account? If not, it'll be a bug and Sony Mobile should work on it.
2. In a Regular User account, the SD card can't be write.
I tried copying files to the external SD card in a Regular User account with the Files app, but I can't find "SD card" in it's list. Below are screenshots from the Regular User account.
I have a Z2 Tablet and it has no poblem with write access to SD card in a Regular User account.
How can I write to the external SD card in a Regular User account in my XZP?
Can any Xperia support staff tell me if these are bugs?

Without a doubt the dual sim version has more issues than the single sim version. I do not use an SD card so I cannot speak to that, but my data toggle works properly. I am also the only user on the phone and it is a single sim version.
Now when you say multiple user accounts...do you mean dual sim with two network providers...or do you mean two different user accounts? I would think that the toggle for data should work when logged on using the account that was used to set up the phone...the first/primary user account...but I could be wrong.

I think both dual SIM version and single SIM version have these problems.
Toggle of Mobile data works in my owner(first/primary) user account too. You may try adding another user account in your single SIM XZP, then you'll see if it works in the new user account.
Just contacted with Xperia online support, and wanted the support staff to forward these problems to their technicians for correction. But the support lady just suggested me to post these in developer.sonymobile.com. I'm just a user, why should I post in the community for third party developers? And how hard is it to forward these issues to their software engineers?
