My phone is charging very very slow!

After the recent update, my xz1 compact is charging slowly though I'm using QC 3.0 charger.

Is it only me?

Test the phone with different wall chargers and report back

Could it have something to do with having battery care switched on?

Yes, it will charge quite slow as pointed out there.

I am now using hoco quick charge 3 and baseus type c 3.1 cable... now the condition is slightly better

Could it be the Smart Charging feature. This tries to prevent the phone being charged with a full battery for too long as this damages the battery. This feature tries to anticipate when you charge phone regularly, e.g. over-night, and then only charge the battery fully just before you usually disconnect it.

You should try and turn it off and see if that improves things
