Network unlock

My phone is locked to the 02 network. Other than being able to use different network sim cards are there any other advantages to getting it unlocked?

Hi @TINA66,

As far as I know, there are no other benefits than being able to use the device with SIM cards from different operators, which can be very useful if you travel abroad and you want to get a temporary SIM card for that country/region with for example, a limited amount of mobile data so you don't have to pay for the roaming fees.
