Hey everyone! The purpose of this thread is to ask anything that you wish to know about the XZ Premium; other users owning an Xperia XZ Premium and forum staff will do our best to reply!  

As an example, prior to purchasing an Xperia XZ Premium you may be wondering if someone has tried out a specific third party app or feature on their XZ Premium, and could tell you a bit more about the compatibility and functionality as the app may important in your daily life. Staff and other users can come in and reply and let you know how it works!

What you are asking for are not replacement parts but accessories, and with the exception of the box they are usually for sell separately depending on the accessory you are looking for. Just ask your local Sony supplier or search online.

Hello, I can't use the pictures in pictures function on my xzp with the YouTube app and gallery app, it only works with the chrome, is normal?

Hi @JaviY;

Yes, that's normal, YouTube PIP is only available upon subscription and the Album app until now does not have the PIP available. You can see the available PIP apps in Settings >apps and notifications >advanced >app special access >picture in picture.

would you know what will cause the phone to boot up and stay on the sony logo then restart itself, phone will repeat process unless i shut it off by holding up key and pwr button.
