Screen overlay in settings

How to permanently disable this, everytime I open an app from my Xperia XZ, I always get this msg. Turn off the screen overlay in settings > apps.

I'm already very much annoyed with this.
Could anyone please help me how to get rid of this

Yeah, I think it's really the FB messenger was the culprit as I am able to open other apps. Thank you..
