Settings keeps scrolling down...

So this keeps on going. I've tried to restart and several other things but nothing helps.
I bought the phone some days ago. I use Apex Launcher.

I wonder if the launcher is the problem? Can you please test it in safe mode and see if it does the same thing?

I had this, factory reset was the only solution I could find - hope you find another way

which "setting" is "tuner ui"? i have not it on my xz. i have developer options...not your.

I finally fixed it by using Clean Master and using the option Phone Boost. I did it before but forgot to check the box for Android System and/or System UI.

I had the same problem. Rebooting normally didn't help, but when booting the phone into safe mode everything worked OK. After rebooting the phone again normally, the problem was gone.
