Hi @Axia0411, welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear about this Slightly_frowning_Face

If you could post a picture of the problem it will help us identify it better.

You might experience minor variations in display brightness and colour on your device. Tiny bright or dark dots may also appear on the display. This happens when individual pixels have malfunctioned.

Note! The occurrence of one or two defective pixels on the display is not covered by the warranty.

Try these methods one after the other. Verify whether the problem was solved after each method, before trying the next one.

  • Make sure that the perceived dots are not caused by a protective screen film or case used together with the device. Remove any such accessories to make sure that there really are dots on the display.
  • Run the Diagnostics feature to find out if the dots are the result of one or more missing pixels.
  • Contact your retailer or a Sony Mobile repair partner.
Note! Before handing the phone over for service, back up all your data to avoid possible data loss. Data on the device may get deleted when examined. Don't forget to bring proper documentation, for example, proof of purchase and warranty card. The documentation required may vary depending on market, country or region. If possible, deactivate the Protection by my Xperia and remove the Google™ accounts on your device before sending it in for service or repair to prevent Protection by my Xperia or Google™ Device Protection from locking your device.

@Axia0411

Diagnostics can be found in the Support app on your phone.

Open the app and tick the phone with the blizzard on the bottom of the screen.

There you will find screen test.

Hi @Axia0411,

I don't see anything out of the ordinary in the image you have posted.
