This issue is kind of appearing in both xz premium and XZ1.. For the time being the solution is to restart your phone. To avoid the issue repeating , need to restart or WiFi modem and also setting WiFi signal to 802.11n might help minimise occuring of issue too many times..
If in public WiFi area, the only thing to do is restart your phone.. and yes it's annoying ..but unfortunately there is no other fix. Sometimes it appears fine with a different modem or router but the exact cause of this issue I guess is unknown and not sure it's software or hardware problem ..
