Will XZ Premium recieve security patches in the future?

XZ Premium is stuck at July security patch, as an android enterprise recommended device, it should receive security patches at least for 3 years, and provides patches within 90 days, but Sony said that XZ Premium/XZ1 series will not receive any patches in the future. What's going on Sony?

Agreed. 

Sony needs to update our devices with latest security update and maybe even with android 10.

It's a shame that newest and strong hardwares become junk in 2 years in android world and no company tries to change that.
