xperia xz3 doesn't on

Hi, my xperia xz3 suddenly turn off , and doesnt react to anything , i`ve already tried to restore the software by xperia companion app ., and tried to do the factory reset by using the turn on button + volume down ...and simply doesnt work., the device still death..

help please

That seems like a disaster.

What if you try to start after removing SIM and SD card.

Try this:

First charge your device to > 80%

Switch the phone off.

Then do software repair with Xperia Companion.

Tick the tick box on the bottom of the page where it states:

My device cannot be recognised or is a smart watch
