My Sony XZ Premium is not even two months old and the touch screen is broken, top half at least. Factory reset done. Warranty null and void due to scratch on phone. Please help.

Can you try a software repair using Xperia Companion in case this is a software related issue.
You say the warranty is void due to a scratch on the phone? Have you spoken to your Local support directly about this? If not, I would advise getting in contact with them if you have no luck with the above steps.
