Can't reject call with message

I have bought xperia z.before that i used xperia ray.
I have 2 main problem
1. Call reject with message option is not appearing while incoming call
2. I can't take another call while I am no another call or can do nothing while I am no phone call.

The above both work no my old Xperia ray

Please help me

1. Sounds like you are using another messaging app then the default one. Make sure that you haven't inactivated the ordinal messaging app under settings > apps > all > messaging. 

2. The function you are referring to is call waiting. You can turn it on/off if you go to settings > call settings > additional settings > call waiting. This function needs to be supported by your network provider.

yes you are right.

but it was working with my old xperia ray (ice cream sandwitch)

i can't active message software becouse it is not user friendly enough.

please give us better solution

just updated my xperia Z to android 4.3 dissapoint to see reject call with SMS still not working in 4.3 .

I dnt know what sony developer guys are doing . can any buddy check and say whether it is working in their phone .
