I've encountered this issue. So what i did was i re-download the Internet setting and its working. Give it a try. Cheers

Same issue.  Noticed after updating the builtin movies application never had the issue before.  Please fix it i can't watch any of the facebook videos any more

Removing the proxy/port settings worked on my phone ... at least thus far.

I have Xperia z3 and in the last few weeks i cant play videos in youtube and Facebook... Not on WiFi or 4G.
I uninstalled it and reinstall and same.
I can't do that with YouTube cos it's fixed in the phone.
I cleared catch and restarted phone and its still not working.
