Faces Album

Anyone know how to reset, delete the 'Faces' part of the Album, mine seems to be rpetty messed up as loads of photos appear under multiple names depsite never being tagged (by me or suggested by the app), its annoying and basically makes the function quite useless.  Funnily enough it works perfectly on my Tablet Z, just no the Z1.

I tried removing all the photos from my Z1 and rebooting then re-copying them and rebooting again but once the Album app starts up i just starts making a mess of everything once again!!

backup the photos and try:

Settings -> apps -> Album -> Clear cache (or if it fails, "Clear data" too), and restart. This should help.

Have the same problem. Clearing cache and data of the album not working. Any solutions?

I have similar issue. In the faces album, all people that I did not tag show up too with the total number of photos equalling that of the total number of photos tag I suspect. Any resolution. Deleting the data and the cache and restarting does not solve the problem.

Today i found the solution for this problem!

There is an app called Photo Analyzer Service under Settings-Apps-All Apps. Stop this service, delete cache and data. Now it´s working fine
