Forgot screen pattern

logged into sony xperia i click on the phone locator and nothinf happens..ive locked it from that as well and now wont unlock or send a code because it can find it...tries everything on the net..volume buttons on off..pc companion,cant get it to work...help please

Hi @k85012,

I'm sorry to hear this. If you have activated the My Xperia feature in your device prior to locking it, you can unlock it using the Google account used to activate My Xperia.

If you haven't activated My Xperia you can reset your device by doing a software repair using Xperia Companion.
