So i sent my phone to the Sony Xperia repair center in Canada , Bay 32 - 2300 Hogan Drive Mississauga, ON L5N 0C8 , this was at the start of august , because my Sony Z2 started to act by himself ( the touchscreen ) after i tried to test the water proof feature which was a advertised a lot . So after 2 weeks i called back to 1-866-766-9374 ( sony service number) and they said they already sent me the device , i asked for the tracking number and after i checked it , my phone was apparently sent to a wrong address . I called back yet again and , i explained everything and they said they will call me back in 24-48 , and here i am with no phone and no incoming call ( it`s been 48h) . So what should i do? Will i ever recieve my phone ? . It`s been nearly a month of waiting ...
