NFC is generally not used for ongoing/continuing data transfer, but usually "quick" data transfer - like payments or trying to "pair" with another bluetooth device...

What are you trying to achieve when connecting to a computer? Are you trying to send or receive a file? Something else?

What software are you using on the computer, when you try to connect to your smartphone?
