No longer turn on z1

Hello everyone, I use google translator so there might be some problems with the translation.
I unlocked the z1 to watch what time it is, and I saw that updates are now being taken, as I tried to look at what is updating crashed, tried to lock, turn off, no way gave no more answers after that was left for 5 minutes was blocked off, and now will not turn on anymore. (He had 55% battery) I tried to put in charge and then tried to turn on but not more signs of life.

Press and hold power & volume up for 5 seconds 

if that doesn't work then 

Connect your phone to the wall charger, not the Dock, nor a computer but a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 5 seconds, > let it charge for 1 or 2 hours > then press and hold power & volume up until it vibrates

Force restart = press and hold power & volume up for 5 seconds

screenshot = press and hold power & volume down 

you can also reset your Xperia Z1 if you open the micro SIM cover and press the red button, if you do so be extra careful as its quite sensitive

Oh thank you, I will take it. But could you tell me if this is normal, that becomes very hot battery? For example, it is not cold I used it, I turn on a moment any game, for example candy crush, after about thirty seconds will heat up already ... or do anything else for more than 2 minutes behind already feel all warm.

That's normal, the more you use the phone the hotter it will get, also even if you don't use it but you have wifi or data on, it will download/upload data, thus, heating up your phone. It can't overheat, it will shut off if its get too  hot

I had a nokia n8 hot I do not remember it too, in the past I am very impressed that heats up so quickly. Vabene thank you very much, if I have doubts I know who to talk to 😃

It has to do with the materials and how thin the phone is, but yeah, this forum is for us, users to help each other

My phone is totally not response, charge with wall charger no LED, I tried all those restart trick but no of them work for me. I dunno what to do
