Problem with keyboard while talking on the phone

I can't use the keyboard on my phone while talking on it. The keyboard doesn't come up at all while talking on the phone.

As soon as I hang up the keyboard pops up. Help!!

Use the phone in safe mode,see if the same occurs:

It might be related to smart key app or other 3rd party app.
