Finally received my order for the Xperia Ultra along with a 2 yr Protection Plan, applied the latest system updates OTA and everything's working great. However should I expect to receive any kind of paperwork for the Protection Plan I purchased? My invoice confirms I did purchase one, but I didn't receive any paperwork or email with the details. I contacted customer service and they said the invoice is proof enough that I'm covered. Just want to make sure I don't need to do anything further (serial # registration, etc.) for coverage. Thanks for any info!

Yes you should be good to go and that should be enough proof. There should be a proof of purchase on the reciept or so. If you have an account with who ever you bought it from then it should be listed under your account. Just keep in mind that if you bought your phone and plan from another place other, than Sony, then they are the one's that are covering you and not Sony. If any damages occur while you're still under the plan then where ever your phone and plan purchase are from are the ones covering you so you're going to have to check in with them if anything happens. Good luck and enjoy your new phone!
