on body detection is gone after factory reset of my phone

Theres the link, please take alook. Notice that the first photo has no on body detection. On the 2nd and 3rd photo, notice that on the upper part of the picture, theres always an indication of the batterry, time, and signal. Notice that from any screen, it doesnt go away, evev in viber.. Those are the changes upon installing lollipop then restoring it to factory setting. Can you help me fix this? I want the on body detection back and move away that indicaton of battery and time from any screen because its annoying, and its always there.. Please fix this

Quester i already did that.. All of it, ill repeat, its on the smartlock and i was using it until i factory reset my phone and it was gone

Ok, kindly try this now:

- In settings -> security -> Clear credentials

- In settings -> security -> screen lock -> set to NONE or SWIPE

- Restart phone

- In settings -> security -> screen lock -> set to your favourite lock type again

- In settings -> security -> smart lock -> turn on On-body detection again

- In settings -> security -> trust agents -> make sure smarl lock is enabled

- Restart phone and test

Sir on step 1: there is no option which is "NONE" Theres only swipe, pattern etc

Go for SWIPE then

And on you step 2: "clear credentials" is blurred meaning it cannot be clicked
