Remove signature for Email & SMS

How do i remove-sent from my Xperia from sent emails and sms

You can remove this signature if you go to Email > Menu button > Settings > Tap on Your@account > Signature > Remove the text and confirm with OK.

For the standard messaging application you do not have any signature. If you are using a third party messaging app, there are probably some setting for this on the app itself.
